If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items for an exchange or credit.

Return Guidelines

All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and must include a completed returns form. Returns made after this period will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

 

You have the right to choose an exchange, repair, refund, or credit under the Consumer Guarantees Act if the goods do not comply with relevant specifications, descriptions, are unsafe, or are faulty.

 

If no notice is given within 30 days of delivery that the goods do not comply, they will be deemed accepted in good order and condition.

Conditions for Returns

Items are not considered defective if, in our reasonable opinion, they have become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use according to manufacturers’ instructions, abnormal use, or lack of reasonable care.

 

Returns can take up to 1 week to process once received. You will receive a notification email when your return is processed.

 

Exclusions

Retail returns over $500.00 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
